Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always! We work with multiple fulfillment partners to bring you the best quality products. If you order items from different product categories (for example, a jersey and a cap), they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times — but don't worry, you'll only ever be charged one shipping fee. You'll receive individual tracking details for each shipment so you always know where your order is. If you have any questions, contact us at drs_apparel@outlook.com.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship internationally to over 60 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped from Australia and delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All our products are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Australian orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. International orders may take longer depending on your location. Delivery times may also vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have any issues locating your tracking information, please contact us at drs_apparel@outlook.com and we'll be happy to help.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept a range of payment methods including credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — so you can check out quickly and securely.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders. Australian orders ship for $11 AUD standard or $15 AUD express. International orders ship for $20 AUD. We occasionally offer discounts and free shipping promotions worldwide — keep an eye on our store or sign up to our emails to never miss a deal!
